Local Home Delivery Eligibility

We are excited to offer convenient local same day delivery to our valued customers! To ensure a smooth and timely delivery service, please review the following eligibility criteria and guidelines:

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Location:
   • Deliveries are available exclusively to addresses within Pincher Creek.

Order Deadlines:

1. Monday to Friday:
   • To qualify for same day delivery, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM.
2. Saturday:
   • For same day delivery on Saturdays, orders must be placed before 3:00 PM.
3. Sunday:
   • No deliveries will be made on Sundays.
4. Statutory Holidays:

• No local deliveries will be made on statutory holidays. Any online orders placed on statutory holidays will be delivered the following operating day.

Delivery Charges:

• A $5 delivery fee applies to all local deliveries.

Delivery Process:

1. If the Customer is Not Home:
   • If no one is available to receive the delivery, the package/order will be placed on the doorstep unless otherwise instructed by the customer.
   • We assume no risk or liability once the delivery has been made. Please ensure to provide specific instructions if you have any special delivery requirements or concerns.
